- BSc or B Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering
- No Experience is required as a full training programme is available
Job Specification
- Complete administrative training in various areas of the mill
- Complete Section Generic training in various areas of the mill to understand first principles of the plant and process
- Complete section specific projects and on the job training and perform work in one or more of the various sections within the mill
- Gain a better understanding of the various production disciplines by working in tandem with all disciplines
- Act as Engineer when and as required as per the Graduate in Training Programme
- Participate actively in relevant forums and meetings
- Investigate and find solutions for Production and or process related problems and make recommendations on possible solutions
- Understand the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) of an Engineers role
- Comply with all relevant SHEQ requirements of the job
- Maintains a high level of good housekeeping in the workplace at all times
