The Clicks Group has several exciting opportunities available for unemployed IT Graduates to gain work experience in our innovative and stimulating IT Department.

Successful applicants will gain exposure to one of the following areas over a 12 month duration;

• Project Management

• Business Intelligence

• Infrastructure

• IT Service Centre (Helpdesk)

Job Purpose

To provide effective IT administration, project administration, maintenance and support for application systems in their area of responsibility according to set standards and procedures

Job objectives

To be responsible for technical support of application systems through the effective resolution of incidents and problems

Comply with corporate and standard processes and procedures (incident, problem and change management/project management)

Work with key stakeholders (end users and fellow developers) to understand the impact of changes to technology systems on end-users processes/procedures

Participate in the administration of IT solutions

Participate in the development and maintenance of processes, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Completed Degree or Diploma in IT (Essential)
  • Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 29 years
  • Preference will be given to South African citizens
  • Passion for IT and the desire to carve a career in this field
  • Driven individual and the ability to work independantly
