Through the Ithemba Bridging Programme learners with a completed commerce degree or diploma undergo further training to enhance their skills with the focus on becoming employed.
The daily training will include a skills programme developed from the NQF4 Generic Management qualification, SAP ERP, Pastel Partner, MS Excel / Word and Work Readiness modules.
Training starts in March 2016 and lasts 6 months and learners will receive a basic allowance for attendance.
On completion of the training learners are assisted, where possible, with finding employment.
This programme is a development initiative funded by Fasset (the Finance and Accounting Services SETA) and managed by Future Creation.
