What is a Learnership?
A Learnership provides an opportunity for you to gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the workplace. Although completion of the Learnership does not guarantee full time employment, it allows invaluable experience for you to kick-start your career.
Service Consultant Learnerships
A Service Consultant ensures that our clients receive the best possible client experience by addressing their queries with enthusiasm and accountability. Should you be successful, you will be employed for a period of 12 months, with a monthly stipend/allowance of R3500.00. The highlight of the learnership is the opportunity to complete a qualification/certification in Long Term Insurance.
Contact Centre Support Learnerships
This Learnership will lead to a National Certificate in Contact Centre Support which is NQF level 3 National Certificate: Contact Centre and Business process. The programme assists learners to prepare for the workplace and promotes access to increased employment opportunities within the Medical Aid Administration and insurance industry.
• Matric/Grade 12
• Reside in the Cape Town or Gauteng region
• Have not completed a tertiary qualification before
• Unemployed and can commit 12 months to the programme
