This exciting opportunity is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service and adherence to the job requirements to ensure that the PGP brand and ethos is upheld.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete an Induction programme
• Meet with mentor to establish short and long term duties
• Attend to all meetings and client visits determined by mentor
• Complete Internal Training courses (i.e. Alchemy, The PGP Way)
• Keep a EAAB logbook (Portfolio of Evidence) reflecting the various estate agency functions, workplace experience and projects
• Register and complete NQF4 course and assessments successfully
. Compile a “Toolkit” of essential marketing material (PGP branded business cards, vehicle magnets and boards)
• Assist with listing information about a property and arrange for photographs to be taken.
• Visit, follow up and talk to the sellers about their property.
• Assist with estimation of the value of the property; market evaluation.
• Coordinate and attend to show days.
• Market and promote properties for sale.
• Under the guidance of the mentor, represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers.
• Monitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and market statistics.
• Advise clients and help buyers.
• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the general market.
• Ensure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller ie: willing buyer – willing seller.
• Log activities and complete a portfolio of evidence
• Complete an Induction programme
