Our Eqstra Industrial Equipment Division has successfully implemented a graduate training program and are once again recruiting graduate trainees for appointment and career development in 2015.
The selected graduates in training will be exposed to various aspects of the business during a 24 month period. Graduates will increase their skills and knowledge as they spend time in the different business units and at the same time have the opportunity to add value to our dynamic company. The program includes practical work experience with formal and informal training interventions with measurable outcomes. Graduates will be part of a mentoring process to ensure that they are fully integrated into the culture of the organisation.
Students who meet the following criteria are welcome to apply:
Have completed a B Com or Diploma last year majoring in one or more of the following subjects:
♦ Accounting ♦ Economics ♦ Business Economics ♦ Quantitative Management ♦ Marketing ♦ Electrical Engineering♦ Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Driver’s license (EB / 08)
