A BMW dealership in Pietermaritzburg is recruiting for an Admin Clerk to assist the Costing / Motorplan and Warranty department in ensuring the accurate costing of workshop repair orders and submitting claims according to BMW SA’s processes and procedures.
The successful person will be responsible for the following:
- All general costing
- Cost repair orders and process supplier invoices
- Motor plan and/or Warranty claims
- Control the parts return process
- Attendance of weekly service meetings
Requirements
- Senior Certificate with Maths
- Computer literate
- Drivers licence
