WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a graduate at Kellogg, you will be receiving experience / meaningful work in various areas within the organisation.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn, to succeed in this position and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
- Students must have completed either a National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science and Technology, BTech Quality or BSc Food Science
- Must have no work experience
- Must have the following competencies:
- Planning and Organizing
- Contribution to Team Success
- Attention to detail
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Students will be placed on a 12 month fixed term contract and will rotate through a structured program that includes spending time in the R&T, and the Marketing departments.
Students will be required to work shift work as part of their program.
