Transformational Leadership Program Scholarship Announcement University of South Africa 2015

For 62 years, The Africa-America Institute (AAI) has worked to strengthen human capacity and develop
effective leaders in Africa. In fact, over the years, AAI’s advanced academic and professional training and
leadership programs have served and supported more than 23,000 talented men and women across each of the 54 African countries.

In 2006, AAI created the Transformational Leadership Program (TLP) in partnership with The Coca-Cola
Africa Foundation and a select group of university partners. Since inception, the TLP has transformed the
caliber and sustainable impact of social sector service delivery to local African communities.
