National Nuclear Regulator (NNR) is offering a Governance Internship opportunity to equip the incumbent with the necessary governance practical knowledge and compliance to statutory structures.The National Nuclear Regulator (NNR) is a public entity which is established and governed in terms of Section 3 of the National Nuclear Regulator Act, (Act No 47 of 1999) to provide for the protection of persons, property and the environment against nuclear damage through the establishment of safety standards and regulatory practices.Requirements

  • Minimum requirement National Diploma in Business or Public Administration
  • 0-1 year

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with collation of documents for board meetings
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops of the department in line with applicable policies and procedures
  • Process board payments
  • Travel arrangements and logistics for board
Skills Required

  • Ms Office
  • Time Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the King 3
  • Basic knowledge on the functions of the board
  • Knowledge of compliance statutes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team Player
