Operations Graduate Opportunity at SA Breweries

South African Breweries is looking for an Operations Graduate. The position is based in Kokstad but may be placed anywhere within the South Coast District after the traineeship.Key Purpose Statement

Drive a consistent Customer service experience by ensuring superior in-trade execution of the Distribution lever while executing our competition strategy responsibly. Focus on providing support to the Ops Team in the District


  • 3 year degree plus post graduate qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence


  • Good analytical ability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Effective Planning and time management skills
  • Must have a strong bias for Systems with good understanding of Microsoft office especially excel
  • High levels of initiative and pro activeness
  • Flexibility and preparedness to work irregular hours due to operational requirements.


  • Customers and Stakeholders Effectively Managed
  • Enhance customer service
  • Maintain good customer relations by delivering on promise consistently
  • Feedback on all customer comments, queries and suggestions as per CRM service level agreement Facilitate necessary customer service training and on-boarding of all drivers
  • Gather and collate competitor information for developing the competitor strategy
  • Class of trade focus groups held to ensure vital information is gathered to develop customer service strategy
  • Focus on key projects to gain exposure to all aspects of our business in particular sales and distribution
