Clicks is looking for an HR Graduate Payroll to assist the Group Payroll Manager with HR related query resolution, administration and reporting.
Job Objectives
- To complete administrative duties in order to assist in the timely resolution of queries and to the prescribed quality standards
- HR Reporting
- System Implementation
- Diary management
- Escalation of queries to appropriate area for resolution and follow up
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
- General payroll and HR related tasks
Requirements
- B. Degree (Essential)
- Hons degree (Desirable)
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (Essential)
- Proficiency on e-mail
