Clicks is looking for an HR Graduate Payroll to assist the Group Payroll Manager with HR related query resolution, administration and reporting.

Job Objectives

  • To complete administrative duties in order to assist in the timely resolution of queries and to the prescribed quality standards
  • HR Reporting
  • System Implementation
  • Diary management
  • Escalation of queries to appropriate area for resolution and follow up
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required
  • General payroll and HR related tasks

Requirements

  • B. Degree (Essential)
  • Hons degree (Desirable)
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (Essential)
  • Proficiency on e-mail
